New Members:

1. Register in person.

2. Pay $20.00 annual membership fee.

3. Choose classes and pay class fee.

4. Receive Horizon T-shirt.

Adult Waiver 
(required for adults who participate in TeeterTots and/or Partners classes)

Current Members:

1. Reserve and pay for class in person or by phone.

2. Phone reservations must be paid for by mail or in person within 2 business days.

3. Verify that Annual Membership is up to date.

* Class payments are non-refundable.

* We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as checks and good old cash!

* A family discount of 15% for additional children is applied to class fees.

* After the first day of classes, late registration will be accepted only if spaces are available.

* Classes must have a minimum enrollment of 4 students in order to be held as scheduled.
