Policy:
In case of illness, one missed class may be made up per session. You may attend a similar class if space permits, OR attend an Open Gym to make up class time. A class must be made up within the next week after it is missed. All make-up classes must be arranged through the office prior to coming to the make-up class. For an extended illness a doctor?s note must be provided and we will then credit your account the number of classes missed.
NO WALK-IN MAKE-UPS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Procedure:
1. Call the office (477-6542) BEFORE your child?s class time to report his/her absence.
2. Your absence will be recorded.
3. The office staff will advise you of available class times for a make-up and schedule your child for that class at the time of your call.
